Project Manager

They are also the primary representative of the Company in Client and Public Relations and Contract Management. Without an effective Project Manager, the Construction Project functions inefficiently.

Construction Manager
- Construction Managers are the “brains” in Construction Project execution. They develop the Construction methodologies that embody the 3 primary standards (Productivity & Efficiency, Health & Safety, Quality assurance and Control) necessary to execute all the components of construction in order to produce a Quality Product suitable to the Clients requirements. Consideration of the 4 resources (Materials, Manpower, Equipment and Time) are critical in the Construction Managers Plans, Executions and Monitoring.

Office Engineer/QS Engineer
- They are the “life-blood” of the Construction Project. All data from the Field Construction passes through and gets analyzed (based on Plans and Contract) by the Office Engineers. Analysis and recommendations regarding these data are critical to the Construction Manager and Project Manager so that decisions are made accurately and on-time. They are also instrumental in assisting Client and Public Relations.

Project Engineer
- They are the “feet and hands” of the Construction Project. They execute the methodologies of the Construction Manager to ensure a Quality Product that is executed Safely and provided to the Client on-time. In some cases, they also develop the methodologies themselves (very much like a “junior” Construction Manager). They directly handle execution for multiple activities.

Field Engineer
- The “fingers and toes” of the Construction Project. They ensure a more direct and precise management of activities under their respective Project Engineers. They execute their assigned activity/activities from a more detailed and specific Engineering perspective.

Estimator
- New and Veteran Engineers. Estimating and developing Project Proposals is a key skill that all Civil Engineers must possess in order to become successful in the field of Construction.

Quality Assurance /Quality Control Officer
- QA/QC Officers are versed in Construction Materials and Methodology Standards to ensure Quality Products based on design criterion and Government mandated standards. They assist the Project Management and Construction team in development and execution of these Quality Standards to ensure a Quality Finished Product.
- Materials Engineer I or Materials Engineer II License is an advantage

Environment, Health And Safety Officer
- EHS Officers are versed in Construction Methodologies heavily integrated with Environment, Health and Safety Standards and best practices to ensure a Safe working environment, for both workers and visitors, at the Project Site. They assist the Project Management and Construction team in development and execution of these EHS Standards to ensure that Company and Government mandated safety standards are met.
- Safety Practitioner’s License is an advantage
