Job Description:
- Maintain and update general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and daily banking activities.
- Reconcile vendor and subcontractor accounts to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Handle tax filings and support audits and statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agencies, and/or financial institutions.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in construction (fresh graduates are welcome).
- A CPA license is an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (ODOO, QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, or similar).
- Knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail; able to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong ethical standards and discretion in handling confidential information.
