Job Description:

  • Maintain and update general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and daily banking activities.
  • Reconcile vendor and subcontractor accounts to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Handle tax filings and support audits and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agencies, and/or financial institutions.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in construction (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • A CPA license is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (ODOO, QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, or similar).
  • Knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail; able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong ethical standards and discretion in handling confidential information.
