Facility Management
- Work Environment: Maintains a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace.
- Permits & Compliance: Secures and monitors all necessary legal permits and licenses.
- Utilities & Facilities: Ensures all required utilities and facilities are available, functional, and aligned with end-user needs.
- Facility Programs: Develops and implements facility and maintenance programs to keep operations smooth and effective.
- Waste Management: Implements solid waste segregation and disposal compliant with local regulations.
- Safety & Security: Works with EHS to manage and mitigate risks across all company premises.
- Audits: Conducts audits to ensure adherence to the Security Management Plan.
Office Management
- Operational Efficiency: Ensures productive, efficient, and organized office functions.
- System & Training: Designs systems and trains staff on procedures to boost performance.
- Monitoring & Compliance: Implements plans to monitor process execution and ensure compliance.
- Workflow Optimization: Streamlines workflows to cut waste, reduce errors, and improve productivity.
- Policy Implementation: Establishes and enforces office policies and maintains accurate administrative records.
- Risk & Audits: Evaluates internal/external risks, conducts audits, and reports findings to management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifies process improvement opportunities and recommends enhancements.
Audit and Compliance
- Oversees the execution of internal audits for administrative and facility operations to ensure adherence to company procedures. Prepares and presents audit reports with key findings and actionable recommendations to the Executive Committee. Identifies risks, evaluates the effectiveness of existing controls, and drives continuous improvements in processes and systems to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles, including facility oversight.

- License/Seminar/Training:· Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Office Management Certificate, Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) , ISO Certificates ( ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems & Document Control Training (specific to ISO)
