Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes.
  • Manage and supervise logistics personnel and warehouse staff.
  • Ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods to internal and external clients.
  • Track shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
  • Oversee procurement activities related to logistics materials and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations in all logistics activities.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and submit logistics reports to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping (if applicable).
