Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes.
- Manage and supervise logistics personnel and warehouse staff.
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods to internal and external clients.
- Track shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
- Oversee procurement activities related to logistics materials and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations in all logistics activities.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and submit logistics reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping (if applicable).
