Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for skilled, technical, and administrative positions.
  • Coordinate manpower requirements with project managers.
  • Conduct initial interviews and manage pre-employment processing.
  • Maintain an updated pool of qualified applicants for deployment.

    Employee Records & Documentation
  • Prepare employment contracts, project assignments, and onboarding requirements.
  • Manage employee movements such as transfers, renewals, and clearances.

    Timekeeping and Payroll Coordination
  • Monitor and consolidate daily time records, leaves, and absences.
  • Assist in preparing payroll-related reports with the accounting/payroll team.

    Project Site HR Support
  • Coordinate with site engineers on HR and personnel concerns.
  • Assist in resolving labor-related issues or complaints at the site level.
  • Conduct site visits to address HR matters as needed.

    Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure adherence to DOLE standards and labor regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports including headcount, turnover, and incident summaries.
  • Support audits and inspections from government agencies (SSS, DOLE, etc.).

    Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Support employee engagement programs and company activities.
  • Handle minor disciplinary cases and escalate major issues to the HR Manager.

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
  • Knowledgeable in labor laws and payroll coordination.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Flexible for possible project site assignments based on company needs.

    Preferred Skills
  • Proficient in timekeeping systems and payroll software (e.g., Biometrics, Excel).
  • Experienced in site-based HR operations.
  • Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
