Activities Performed:
• Supervises Procurement Officer & Purchasing Officer
• Coordinates with Project Team in creation and execution of Procurement Plan
• Evaluates Bids and Negotiates best contract terms and pricing
• Evaluates Purchase Orders and/or contracts, ensure terms and conditions are met and deliverable were completed on-time
• Ensure timely evaluation of Vendors
• Evaluates payment terms of Vendors
• Prepares Department KPI
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or similar role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Master\’s Degree preferred.
- Further certification may be required.
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in managing projects and teams.
- Proven track record of success in fundraising.
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and ability to analyze data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Occasional travel required.
